It is my distinct pleasure to be elected as president of M.P. CHAPTER INDIAN ORTHOPAEDIC ASSOCIATION.

As we move into the new era of orthopaedic surgery, an  orthopaedician we must continue to play a role in advocating for the right to health for the community we serve.  As previously our association has done extremely well in all corners of academic and on social platforms. The basic principle underline medical ethics continue to be compassion,  competence and professional autonomy and I assure to give my best and justify this post being a flame bearer.

As we all aware about sufferings and pains faced by us from last 2 years during covid-19 pandemic. The two several affected communities of our society, one in the PG student and junior orthopaedic surgeons, as they have been deprived of attending physical classes and due to lack of clinical materials, the other one is the the underprivileged community of our society.

Considering the above I propose my precedential theme of this year is “TO TRAIN THE TRAINEES AND SERVE THE COMMUNITY”. To make this possible the MPIOA assure to all budding orthopaedic surgeons that MPIOA will continue to give its best efforts and I request all honorable teachers to take it as a mission of properly train our budding orthopaedic surgeon because they are the future of the society and country and I also assured that MPIOA will continue to play its role to provide quality of healthcare to the underprivileged community of a society.

In MPIOA there are about 1,000 of esteemed orthopedicians and I take Pride that even if a single surgery is to be made free of cost of each one of us in this tenure that will lead to about thousands of surgeries in free of cost this will be uplift the prestige of doctors which somewhere is lost in the pandemic and I believe that once again Sun will shine to the fullest.

Friends! also to strengthen the economy of our society the general body has decided to conduct MP state conference under the PAN card of MPIOA, so as to recover the huge amount of GST from government which is already paid by IOACON 2017, that will be a great serve of about 53 lakhs.

At the end I request you to solicit your support to strengthen our MPIOA.
